FEATURE LICENSE AGREEMENT

ACE RHYMZ FEATURE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: Upon Purchase

By purchasing a feature from Ace Rhymz, you agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. Service Description

This purchase includes a custom vocal performance (feature verse) by Ace Rhymz delivered digitally for use in one song.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Ace Rhymz retains 100% ownership of his lyrics, vocal performance, and intellectual property.
  • Ace Rhymz retains full writing credit and publishing rights unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • This agreement does NOT transfer ownership of Ace Rhymz’s master recording.

3. License Granted

The purchaser receives a non-exclusive commercial license to:

  • Release and distribute the final song including the feature
  • Monetize the song on streaming platforms
  • Perform the song live
  • Promote the song for commercial purposes

This license applies to ONE song only.

4. Credit Requirement

All releases must credit:

“Ace Rhymz – Featured Artist”

Failure to provide proper credit may result in license termination.

5. Restrictions

The purchaser may NOT:

  • Claim ownership of Ace Rhymz’s lyrics or vocal performance
  • Sell or distribute the isolated vocal recording
  • Use the verse in multiple songs without written permission
  • Resell the feature as a standalone product

6. Instrumental Responsibility

The purchaser must own or have legal rights to the instrumental provided.
Ace Rhymz is not responsible for copyright claims related to instrumentals supplied by the purchaser.

7. Delivery Timeline

Delivery timeframe depends on the service tier selected at checkout.

  • Basic Tier: Up to 30 business days
  • Premium Tier: Up to 15 business days
  • Platinum Tier: Up to 7 business days

Delivery timeline begins after instrumental and project details are received.

8. Revisions

  • Basic Tier: 1 minor revision
  • Premium Tier: 1 revision
  • Platinum Tier: Up to 2 revisions

Major rewrites or concept changes may require an additional fee.

9. Service Tier Differences

Multiple service tiers are available.
The selected tier determines:

  • Delivery speed
  • Number of revisions
  • Promotional support
  • Optional video appearance

All ownership and licensing terms remain the same across tiers.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of this service:

No refunds are provided once recording has begun.

By completing checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
